By downloading, installing, or using The Bar ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
The Bar is a personal dating evaluation tool. It operates entirely offline and does not collect, transmit, or store user data on external servers.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the content you create within the App. You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Privacy & Data
All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your data and cannot recover it if your device is lost or damaged.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription managed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The App, its design, features, and content are owned by The Bar and protected by intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The Bar is not responsible for decisions made based on the App's features.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
